Job Description

Missions principales

Le Responsable Qualité a pour mission de garantir la conformité de la prestation de services et processus de l’entreprise aux normes, réglementations et attentes des clients. Il/elle est un acteur clé dans l'amélioration continue des performances de l’organisation.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

Excellente maîtrise des référentiels qualité (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
Compétences en gestion de projet et en analyse de données.
Maîtrise des outils qualité (AMDEC, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
Connaissances en réglementation et normes spécifiques au secteur d’activité.
Avoir une forte appétence à la technologie et à l’IA

Compétences comportementales

Leadership et capacité à fédérer des équipes.
Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
Sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
Aptitude à communiquer efficacement, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Formation et expérience

Diplôme : Bac+4/5 en management de la qualité, ingénierie ou équivalent.
Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire ou dans la gestion de la qualité.
Anglais : Niveau C1 ou B2 minimum
