Resumen del Puesto:

El Supervisor de Limpieza es responsable de coordinar y supervisar las actividades del personal de limpieza para asegurar que los estándares de limpieza se mantengan en todas las áreas asignadas. Este rol implica planificar, organizar y dirigir los trabajos de limpieza, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y salud.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Supervisión del Personal:

    • Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de limpieza, asegurando que se cumplan las tareas asignadas de manera eficiente y efectiva.
    • Capacitar y motivar al personal para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios de limpieza.

  • Planificación y Coordinación:

    • Organizar y programar las tareas diarias de limpieza, asegurando una cobertura adecuada en todas las áreas.

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad deseable Preparatoria, de lo contrario Secundaria con certificado.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal
  • Experiencia en puesto similar al menos 6 meses
