The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.Lead, develop, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives and weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, execute required customer success motions, and ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.
Monitor team productivity, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Analyze performance data, customer insights, and market trends to implement sales strategies and best practices across assigned territories.
Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and industry trends, ensuring the team remains informed and competitive.
Manage client relationships effectively, identifying revenue growth opportunities and communicating business objectives and performance results.
Ensure alignment with operating plans, sales targets, and client performance targets (CPTs).
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective coaching, training, and development programs focused on customer success and revenue retention.
Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) programs.
Work cross-functionally to optimize sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Lead the team in influencing buying and renewal decisions to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in a sales leadership role (or similar)
Must be well-versed in High Performance Selling methodologies
Results-driven, analytically proficient, strategically minded with an operational outlook
Experience in a fast-paced high-volume sales environment with tight deadlines in a dynamic working environment
Ability to maximize revenue through best practices
Execute high level of independent judgement and critical thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English C1/C2 and Spanish (C1) or Italian (C1).
