Job Description

Principais responsabilidades:

Gestão de Equipe: Liderar e motivar a equipe operacional para alcançar metas e objetivos estabelecidos.

Coordenação de Atividades Diárias: Garantir que todas as operações ocorram de forma eficiente e dentro dos prazos.

Monitoramento de Desempenho: Avaliar e acompanhar o desempenho dos membros da equipe, fornecendo feedback e orientações para melhorias.

Resolução de Problemas: Atuar como ponto de contato para a resolução de questões operacionais e conflitos dentro da equipe.

Relatórios Operacionais: Preparar e apresentar relatórios sobre o desempenho da equipe e a eficiência operacional.

Implementação de Processos: Desenvolver e implementar processos para melhorar a eficiência e a qualidade das operações.

Aplicação de feedback de monitorias de qualidade e NPS

Reuniões mensais e semanais com OM para ajuste de resultados

Aplicação de coaching de carreira, feedbacks semanais 1:1, huddlesdiariascom o time.
