Accounting Services Associate III

Job Track Description:

• 1+ year Customer Service experience - preferably in commercial lending along with experience using Salesforce application.
• Well organized - This individual must be capable of handling multiple tasks whilst setting priorities and addressing issues in their proper order.
• Resourceful - Must possess a passion for problem solving. Proven history of utilizing all available resources to assist customers.
• Possess an “Investigative Mindset” - The ability to digest various types of information and to draw a logical conclusion about customer’s needs.
• Compassionate Engagement - Ability to approach our clients with the mindset that we are committed to helping them solve problems. Ability to maintain a calm disposition when working through challenging situations.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills - This role relies heavily on the ability to clearly communicate with clients via telephone, email and texts. The candidate must be able to use grammar (both verbal and written), when communicating with clients.
• Results Oriented - Possess a genuine desire to work towards achieving a goal.
• Flexible - This individual must be able to easily adapt to new procedures and processes as changes occasionally occur.
• Team Oriented - The selected candidate must be able to work well with other departments (Accounting, Collections, Titles, etc.) who seeks information regarding the status of an Account.
• Good Active listening and Negotiation skills
• Intermediate Computer and Data Entry skills - (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM
