Product Manager
Confirmo is a global stablecoin-first payment platform trusted by market leaders. Originally founded in Prague in 2014, we run one of the most established crypto payment infrastructures in the industry. We're a 60-person global team operating in a fast-moving, regulated environment, and as we grow, we're looking to add a Product Manager to match our ambitions.
This role sits within our Product team, owning the roadmap for a core product area from discovery through launch. You'll work daily with engineering and design to ship, while partnering closely with our CPO, compliance, and customer support to make sure what we build solves real merchant problems - safely, and at speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the roadmap for your respective products - set priorities, define success metrics, and communicate direction to stakeholders.
Translate merchant needs and data into prioritized, well-specified requirements that engineering and design can act on.
Work daily with engineering and design to ship - manage the full lifecycle from discovery through launch.
Analyze product and transaction data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Compliance, Support, and Sales on merchant-facing changes, ensuring rollouts are well-communicated and compliant.
Partner closely with the CPO and core payment engineering leads on roadmap alignment, and maintain regular touchpoints with Sales to bring merchant feedback into prioritization.
Your Profile:
3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or crypto.
Track record shipping complex, technical products in close partnership with engineering teams.
Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with SQL and analytics tools to inform decisions.
Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders (CPO, engineering leads, Head of Compliance) and translating between technical and business audiences.
Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus.
