Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end pre-policy medical journey(doctor consultations, reports, medical checks) across insurers.
• Manage integrations with 20+ insurance companies and external vendors via APIs.
• Drivenew product features and use cases to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as the single point of contact for insurers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate a team of~8 developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Solvereal-time operational challenges and ensure faster turnaround across workflows.
• Define and track KPIs around TAT, success rates, partner experience, and system reliability.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specs (PRDs, APIs, workflows).
• Work closely with engineering teams on API design, integrations, and system architecture discussions.
• Drive execution across multiple stakeholders, insurers, vendors, ops, and internal teams.
• Lead sprint planning, prioritisation, and end-to-end delivery of features.
• Ensure smooth coordination across multiple external partners.
• Continuously identify process gaps and optimise workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background (hands-on coding + API understanding).
• Experience working on API integrations, system workflows, and external partner integrations.
• Proven ability to lead developers (team of 5-10 engineers).
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple external partners.
• Strong program management skills, ability to manage complexity, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ability to solve operational challenges quickly and drive execution.
• Experience in Insurance / HealthTech / BFSI ecosystems.
• Exposure to multi-party integrations (vendors, partners, aggregators).
• Experience in 01 product building or scaling operations-heavy products.
