What you'll do:

• Own and grow a portfolio of EMEA accounts spanning small-business to enterprise clients, understanding each client's business needs, challenges and goals.

• Run regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to align on objectives and proactively offer tailored solutions.

• Manage renewals, expansion and account retention; anticipate and resolve client concerns, escalating internally when needed.

• Act as the internal voice of the client, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery.

• Maintain a working command of Connectly's platform and the conversational commerce / WhatsApp Business landscape to position solutions credibly.

• Keep CRM data (HubSpot) and forecasting current; balance client-facing time against internal reporting.

What you bring

Must have:

• Based in Athens, Greece.

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or other sales role at a B2B SaaS/ CX / martech company

• Track record managing a multi-country, multi-industry book of business; comfortable running both SMB and enterprise relationships in parallel.

• Experience working with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and data/BI tools for account reporting.

• Fluent business English; strong cross-cultural communication skills for working across Europe, the Gulf, the Levant and North Africa.

• Independent, organized operator.

• General data literacy

• Experience working with AI productivity tools, Zendesk (or a comparable ticketing tool), customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Iterable, CleverTap)

• Comfortable reading API docs, integration guides and architecture/flow diagrams well enough to translate between a client's technical team and Connectly's Solutions/Engineering team. Not expected to write code or configure integrations directly.

Strong plus:

• Prior experience with WhatsApp Business, conversational commerce, or messaging/CX platforms.

• Experience in retail verticals.

• Experience picking up an existing book mid-flight from a departing or reassigned owner (structured account handover experience).

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
