Logistics Assistant

Connexzia is a U.S.-based logistics services company supporting carriers, drivers, shippers, and customers across the United States. We are expanding our Philippines operations team and are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Logistics Assistant in or near Pasig, Metro Manila. This is a hybrid position consisting of both on-site and remote work. Applicants must be able to travel to Connexzia's designated Metro Manila work location when scheduled. The Logistics Assistant will support daily logistics, administrative, carrier, driver, customer, and operational activities.

Schedule: Supports U.S. business operations. Evening or overnight hours in the Philippines may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Support Connexzia's daily logistics and administrative operations.
• Update carrier, driver, customer, shipment, and operational information.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
• Assist with carrier and driver onboarding.
• Review submitted documents and applications for completeness.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal team members.
• Assist dispatch and operations personnel with shipment and load information.
• Monitor company email, messages, and assigned operational tasks.
• Organize digital files, documents, and internal records.
• Conduct online research as required.
• Follow up on incomplete applications, documents, and operational requests.
• Assist with scheduling and operational coordination.
• Use Connexzia's internal systems and web-based platforms.
• Complete additional administrative and logistics duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in the Philippines.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Metro Manila.
• Must be able to work both on-site and remotely.
• Must be able to report to Connexzia's designated Metro Manila work location when scheduled.
• Reliable computer or laptop for remote work.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work hours that support Connexzia's U.S. operations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, web applications, and online business systems.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
