Job Description

As an AI Enablement Intern, you will apply academic knowledge to real business challenges while gaining a personalized view of what it is like to work at Constellation Brands. Under the mentorship of experienced professionals, you will support responsible enterprise AI adoption, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases, AI enablement content, user engagement, and measurement of the value and impact of AI enablement programs. You will collaborate with IT leaders, communications partners, and business teams, gaining exposure across departments while helping employees apply AI tools safely and effectively. The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity with strong people and communication skills and is eager to contribute creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working with a technical mentor, provide support for key strategic projects and contribute to solving real challenges in a corporate environment.
  • Document and organize enterprise AI use cases, including intake details, objectives, stakeholders, user needs, and expected outcomes.
  • Engage IT and business users through interviews, feedback sessions, or focus groups to understand their needs, evaluate whether AI enablement messages are effective, and identify opportunities to improve AI adoption.
  • Collect and analyze usage data and employee feedback to assess adoption and determine whether AI enablement programs are saving time, improving work quality, or delivering other value; present findings through clear dashboards, charts, or other visuals.
  • Develop and refine concise, engaging AI enablement materials such as quick-start guides, FAQs, office-hours content, safe-use reminders, demonstrations, and other digital communications aligned to internal guidance.
  • Support lightweight testing of AI solutions and workflows, including creating and testing prompts, identifying where AI works well and where it may struggle, and documenting recommended practices.
  • Communicate project work and promote responsible AI use through appropriate channels, helping technical and nontechnical audiences understand how to use AI tools effectively.
  • Provide ad hoc project support as needed and follow assigned work through to completion.
  • Participate in pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Goal Setting, Team Building, Tour, and Final Presentations.

Core Competencies to be Successful

  • Curious, creative, innovative, and willing to bring forward new ideas.
  • Technical and problem-solving skills, with enthusiasm for learning and solving open-ended challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to organize work and collaborate effectively across levels, departments, and teams.
  • Strong ability to deliver concise, logical analyses, visuals, and proposals.
  • Initiative to seek out information and solutions and the ability to work independently when appropriate.
  • Commitment to quality, sound judgment, and timely completion of work.

  • Basic understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI and common limitations and risks such as hallucinations, bias, and privacy considerations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise strong technical judgment, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and interest in helping employees adopt technology safely and effectively.

ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements
