Assistant - Human Resources (Part Time)

The applicant must possess:
Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKDSE; or Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKCEE; or equivalent;
preferably relevant experience in administration, records management, data entry or clerical work;
a high level of integrity, strong attention to detail and a good sense of responsibility;
proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and Chinese word processing; and
current students studying in tertiary education are welcome to apply.
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include:
to assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department;
to create, update and maintain physical personnel files for full-time and part-time staff;
to scan, upload, update and maintain electronic personnel files and HR-related documents in the designated database and TEAMS drive, including password protection of confidential records;
to organise, scan and file payroll, payment-related and other HR documents regularly;
to provide administrative and interview logistic support; and
to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
