Business Development Executive

What will you do?

• Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects, initiating conversations and identifying

their needs and challenges.

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalized

communication and consistent follow-up.

• Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalised communication and

consistent follow-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls.

• Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients,

showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and

appointments between potential clients and account managers.

• Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a unified approach

to client engagement and project execution.

• Efficiently schedule and manage outreach efforts, coordinating meetings and discussions

between potential clients and the relevant account managers.

• Maintain detailed records of all outbound lead interactions, including cold calls,

follow-ups, and meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and

meeting outcomes.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using these insights to refine

outreach strategies and improve results.

• Continuously work towards exceeding sales targets by generating qualified leads through

proactive outreach.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
