Solution Consultant

Contentsquare is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Northern Europe team, focusing on the Nordics. As a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, the Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in shaping how prospective customers understand the power of our digital experience analytics platform. This role combines a passion for customer experience (CX), data-driven decision-making, and strategic storytelling to clearly articulate the value Contentsquare brings to leading brands across industries.

They blend the art of persuasive storytelling with the science of analytics, helping customers envision and realize the impact of Contentsquare on their digital strategy. From discovery to demo, they drive confidence in our solution by aligning customer challenges to real-world use cases and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver immersive, storytelling-based product demonstrations that showcase Contentsquare's value across web, mobile, and app experiences

• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives, leveraging frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to uncover and align to prospect pain

• Own and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements that emphasize business impact, insight delivery, and time to value

• Champion AI-Driven Storytelling: Confidently leverage Contentsquare's AI-powered capabilities (including behavioral anomaly detectin, session intelligence, and automated insights) to build compelling, outcome-focused narratives that differentiate us to prospects.

• Work at the Pace of Modern Sales: Actively integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate account research, synthesize discovery calls, and elevate your demo preparation.

• Partner daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless and value-driven buying journey

• Advise customers on their digital experience strategies, including behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights

• Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and integration best practices

• Scope and guide platform evaluations, helping prospects connect the dots between behavioral data and business outcomes

• Stay sharp on industry trends and product updates to act as a trusted domain expert internally and externally

• Share product feedback and emerging requirements from the field with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap

• Willingness to travel (20-30%) to the Nordic region for key customer workshops, QBRs, and team offsites.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales

• Fluency in English language (written and verbal)

• Preferred: fluency Swedish language (written and verbal).

• Demonstrated domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or adjacent MarTech/UX technologies

• Technical proficiency in web and mobile app technologies (HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs, Tag Management, mobile frameworks, etc.)

• Familiarity with data collection strategies, privacy regulations, and integration architectures

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Comfortable translating complexity for both technical and executive audiences

• Experience with structured sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC

• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or equivalent) in a professional context, including for research, content creation, and workflow acceleration
