Accounting Intern (Tentative to start early-mid November 2026)

YOUR TASKS
As an Accounting Intern, you will support various accounting and finance functions while gaining practical experience in a professional business environment. This internship provides exposure to financial processes, systems, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that support daily operations. This position is currently tentatively scheduled to start early-mid November 2026.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Process invoices using SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Assist with GR/IR account reconciliation activities.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements.
- Support fixed asset inventory cycle counts and record maintenance.
- Perform asset tagging and scanning activities within PASAM.
- Prepare and post journal entries as assigned.
- Submit and monitor SIVIS service tickets.
- Follow up on Electronic Service Requests (ESRs) and related accounting items.
- Assist with additional accounting, reporting, and administrative projects as assigned.
- Be self-managed and detail-oriented.
- Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Sophomore standing or higher
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday through Friday)
- Must be able to work onsite
- Must be able to complete the duration of the internship assignment.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
