As a member of BA IEMEA SIOP Operations Demand & Capacity Planning Team your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective coordination of demand forecasting, capacity planning, and monitoring processes, which includes following key tasks:
- maintain the demand planning process and ensure completeness across all verticals and product clusters
- oversee capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and operational capabilities
- collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and insights for demand forecasting
- monitor demand forecast accuracy, identify deviation and drive corrective action when necessary
- analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business
professional experience in SCM Planning, E2E Siop Operations
