TT Processing Floor Supervisor will:
The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Commercial Processing Department.
- Coordinates scheduling and inventory activities for employees, machines and material.
- Responsible for filling out the required reports, paperwork and checks.
- Maintain communication with employees and management concerning departmental and plant issues.
- Ensuring that all department employees have safe and productive working environment.
- Conducting safety talks, audits, and meetings with the department employees.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding all departmental goals for safety, productivity, and quality.
- Responsible for meeting individual goals which are agreed upon with the management group.
- Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or 5 years experience required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
Environment:
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
- New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
- The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
- The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

The starting annual salary for this role is $72,252 a year.
