About the Role :
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to be embedded directly with clients - part engineer, part product partner, part trusted advisor. You will own the arc of a client engagement end-to-end : understanding the business problem, shaping the solution, building it, and making sure it actually delivers value once it ships.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Engineering & Delivery :
- Build fullstack web applications using React/TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Design and implement APIs, database schemas, and frontend architectures.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
2. Product Thinking :
- Run discovery with clients to uncover underlying problems.
- Scope work into shippable increments and communicate trade-offs.
- Maintain a working roadmap and define success metrics.
3. Client & Relationship Management :
- Be the primary technical point of contact for the engagement.
- Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Set and manage expectations proactively.
Requirements :
- 3 - 6 years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
- Demonstrated product instinct and high ownership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
