Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive, performant web applications across the product suite.
• Translate product requirements and design specifications into clean, reusable front-end

components.

• Own end-to-end delivery of web features, from technical design through deployment and

monitoring.

• Integrate with backend services and contribute to API contract and data-flow discussions.
• Optimise web performance, including load times, bundle size, rendering behaviour and Core

Web Vitals.

• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate actively in peer code reviews.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behaviour and adherence to accessibility

standards.

• Work closely with product, design and backend teams to scope, sequence and ship work.
• Debug and resolve production issues, and improve observability and error tracking for

front-end systems.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation and best

practices.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering user-facing web products at scale.

Must-have skills:

• JavaScript / TypeScript - Strong command of modern language fundamentals and tooling.
• Modern Web Frameworks - Hands-on experience with React, Angular, Vue or a comparable

framework.

• HTML5 / CSS3 - Semantic markup, responsive layouts and modern CSS techniques.
• API Integration - Consuming and debugging REST and GraphQL services.
• Performance Optimisation - Bundle size, rendering, caching strategies and Core Web Vitals.
• Testing - Unit and integration testing with modern JavaScript testing frameworks.
• Version Control & CI/CD - Git-based workflows and automated build and release pipelines.
• Accessibility & Cross-browser Support - WCAG-aware development and consistent

behaviour across devices.

• Collaboration & Ownership - Working effectively with product, design and backend teams end

to end.
