Graduate Sales Development Representative - International Payments & Foreign Exchange

Convera is seeking ambitious graduates to join our London-based Sales Development team. 

What You Will Be Doing  

• This is an outbound sales role. Approximately 70-80% of your time will be spent prospecting through cold calling, emailand LinkedIn, alongside following up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). 

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities. 

• Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned to strategic industries, customer segmentsand growth initiatives. 

• Research companies and decision-makersto identifyopportunities. 

• Respond to and qualify inbound MQLs generated through marketing campaigns, eventsand digital channels. 

• Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers. 

• Maintain accuraterecords in Salesforce and other sales technologies. 

What We Are Looking For  

• Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years or graduating in 2026/2027. 

• 0-6 monthsprofessional experience. 

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Lawor similar analytical disciplines. 

• Strong communicationskills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone. 

• Ambitious, resilientand coachable. 
• Fluent in Spanish
