Key Account Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage, strengthen, and grow key client relationships.

The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while consistently driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client business needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolution of client concerns.
• Lead client discussions, presentations, negotiations, and project kick-offs.
• Monitor account performance, pipeline, renewals, and revenue opportunities.
• Proactively address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend relevant solutions.
• Prepare regular account and sales reports and provide accurate pipeline forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, ICT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of account management or sales experience in the ICT, telecommunications, or technology industry.
• Solid understanding of ICT solutions, including Data, Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, and related technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Must be a resident of Central Luzon and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
