We’re growing our sales team and looking for someone who knows IT consulting sales and enjoys building new business.
If you love opening doors, understanding what clients need, and turning a first conversation into a lasting partnership, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
Your focus will be on bringing new clients to Coody and connecting them with the right consultants. You’ll own the sales process from identifying opportunities and making first contact to negotiating terms and closing deals.
You’ll work closely with our recruitment and business teams to match client needs with our consultants’ expertise and help us understand which skills to invest in as we grow.
You’ll:
Identify and approach prospective clients.
Build relationships with decision-makers and understand their consulting needs.
Present relevant consultants and develop proposals.
Negotiate agreements and close new business.
Maintain a clear pipeline and follow through on opportunities.
Share insights from client conversations to shape our sales and recruitment priorities.
Who we’re looking for
You have experience selling IT consulting services and a track record of winning new clients. You understand how consulting businesses work and can have meaningful conversations about technical competence and business needs.
You’re comfortable initiating contact, persistent in your follow-up, and structured in how you manage your pipeline. You enjoy working independently while collaborating with colleagues to make an assignment happen.
Above all, you care about building trust and delivering on what you promise.
