Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Versandlagern, Standorten und externen Dienstleistern
  • Klärung von fehlenden Auslieferungen sowie Nachverfolgung und Eskalation bei Unregelmässigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Verkaufsstellen bezüglich des internen B2C-Auftragssystem (COSMO)
  • Überwachung und Analyse des Streckengeschäfts sowie Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Fachliche Abklärungen von komplexen Kundendienstfällen

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Logistik-Administration
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und Reporting-Tools; Kenntnisse in SAP und WAMAS sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen Prioritäten richtig zu setzen
  • Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
