Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du führst das Hauptbuch, verbuchst laufende Geschäftsvorfälle und stimmst Konten ab.
  • Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und führst Abgrenzungen sowie Rückstellungen durch.
  • Du erstellst Berichte und Auswertungen und unterstützt bei der Analyse wichtiger Finanzkennzahlen.
  • Du sorgst für Compliance, dokumentierst Buchhaltungsprozesse und erstellst die MWST-Abrechnung.
  • Du trägst zur Prozessoptimierung bei, unterstützt Digitalisierungsprojekte und arbeitest in spannenden Projekten mit.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ) oder Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen oder Fachausweis in Ausbildung)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Sicher im Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA und MS Office
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend, solide Englisch- wie auch Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Exakte, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare, flexible, selbständige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
