About the Role
As a Testing Sales Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to our Account Executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle. You will bring Agentia to life by translating complex AI, DevOps, and AgentOps concepts into compelling, value-driven presentations and narratives.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities across EMEA, leading product demos, workshops, and trials that prove rapid, quantifiable ROI for Copado’s test automation solutions
- Design tailored solution architectures and present how the Agentia platform and AI agents are leveraged across all stages of the software delivery lifecycle
- Lead RFx responses and security/technical bids while building technical enablement strategies for Copado's partner ecosystem
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Services to drive upsell opportunities and represent Copado at regional industry events and briefings
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in computer software/IT services with an intimate understanding of test automation, testing frameworks, and end-to-end SDLC methodologies
- Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Cypress) and modular test architecture
- Exceptional solution-selling, storytelling, and presentation skills with a proven capacity to build trust across technical customer stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow), familiarity with AI agents/AgentOps (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Data Cloud), or background in compliance-driven data privacy and integration
