Responsabilidades

  • Respetar las normas de seguridad utilizando el Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) y siguiendo los protocolos de prevención de riesgos.
  • Operar maquinaria y herramientas asignadas en la línea de producción, cumpliendo con los estándares operativos establecidos.
  • Transformar la materia prima de manera eficiente para garantizar el flujo continuo del producto terminado.
  • Monitorear la calidad del producto mediante inspecciones visuales o mediciones básicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
  • Cumplir con las metas de eficiencia y los tiempos de ciclo definidos por el plan de producción diaria.
  • Reportar de manera inmediata cualquier falla mecánica, anomalía o desviación en el proceso al supervisor de área.
  • Mantener el orden y la limpieza de la estación de trabajo mediante la aplicación de la metodología 5S.

Requisitos del Puesto

  • Escolaridad mínima: Educación Primaria concluida (certificado deseable).
  • Experiencia en manufactura: Experiencia básica en procesos de producción, ensamble o manufactura (deseable, no indispensable).
  • Disponibilidad de horario: Disponibilidad para laborar en turnos fijos, rotativos o esquemas operativos requeridos por la planta.
  • Seguridad industrial: Conocimiento básico sobre el uso adecuado del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) y prácticas de seguridad en el trabajo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de pie y realizar actividades operativas durante la jornada laboral.
  • Disciplina operativa: Capacidad para escuchar, comprender y seguir instrucciones de trabajo de manera precisa.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Habilidad para colaborar activamente en la línea de producción y mantener una comunicación efectiva con compañeros y supervisores.
  • Destreza manual: Facilidad para realizar tareas operativas repetitivas y utilizar herramientas básicas de forma segura.
  • Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para aprender nuevos procesos y desempeñarse en diferentes estaciones de trabajo según las necesidades de la operación.
  • Estabilidad laboral: Historial de permanencia y compromiso en empleos anteriores.
