The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in account management or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong background in the cosmetics industry.

Profil recherché
**What We're Looking For****Required**
* 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience managing US enterprise & SME customer relationships.
* Experience within the cosmetics industry is mandatory.
* Strong ability to explain complex software to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and customer-oriented.
* Comfortable challenging customers and driving change when needed.
**Nice to Have**
* Previous experience selling or using Coptis software.
* Experience delivering software training.
* Knowledge of cosmetic R&D, formulation, or regulatory workflows.
**How Success Will Be Measured**
* **Net Revenue Retention (NRR):** Drive customer growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio.
* **Customer Adoption:** Increase product adoption by ensuring users fully leverage the Coptis platform through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
