What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager within our Stored Value Solutions (SVS) division.

SVS is a world leader in gift cards whose mission is to increase the value and impact of our client’s gift card programs. We are a pioneer in the industry with 25+ years of experience and originate processing in more than 50 countries and more than 45 currencies. SVS serves more than 25% of the top 250 Global Retailers.

In this role, the Business Development Manager will lead the growth and expansion of our Digital Services and eCommerce within existing key accounts and new prospects and provide support to our current client base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, acquire and grow a robust portfolio of partners who can leverage our gift card solutions for B2C sales, customer incentives, brand engagement and beyond. This role will also be a subject matter expert in digital strategy in the payments space and will advise the broader organisation on industry best practices.

This is a home-office based position in the UK with occasional international travel to the US and wider Europe.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Business Development:

• Developing and executing the sales strategy for Digital Services and eCommerce, aligning with broader organisational goals.
• Identifying and prioritising high-potential clients/industries for expansion.
• Setting and managing the Digital Services and eCommerce sales pipeline, revenue targets, and overall performance of the sector.

Client Development:

• Strengthening and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise level key accounts to drive account growth and product adoption.
• Leading contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership terms.

Product & Market Alignment:

• Acting as the subject matter expert for eCommerce gift card solutions and digital strategy.
• Collaborating with Digital Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to tailor offerings, campaigns, and messaging of new services.
• Providing feedback on market needs to inform product development and roadmap decisions.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:

• Representing the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, ideally in gift cards, incentives, payments, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of client buying behaviour and decision-making processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM and sales pipeline tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Preferred:

• Experience in the gift card, prepaid, or fintech space.
• Understanding of incentive/reward program models.
• Familiarity with digital gift card platforms and APIs.
• Multi-Lingual English/French/German/Spanish
