What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Specialist on a permanent basis within our Stored Value Solutions (SVS) division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is based remotely in the UK. This role is client facing and will be responsible for the implementation and onboarding of gift card-related products and services. Candidates will be responsible for managing assigned projects and providing product support to clients, SVS Sales Executives, and SVS Account Management. Provide customer training to enable customers to successfully utilize SVS’ products and services. Candidate must display the ability to manage multiple implementations and utilize project management best practices, processes, and procedures to ensure all assigned projects are delivered with quality and on schedule. Promote new and/or additional revenue opportunities. This position reports directly to the SVP of Global Implementation Services and regularly collaborates internally with Sales, Account Management, IT, and Accounting.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing all aspects of the implementation process. Gathering project requirements, creating and maintaining project plans, identifying risk, problem-solving, and setting and adhering to deadlines.
- Communicating effectively to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and management.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure tasks are completed to ensure there are no impacts on project timelines.
- The ability to effectively facilitate project meetings and training sessions either onsite or virtual.
- Publish standard project management communications including meeting notes, project plans, key milestone dates and any other project tracking documentation. Alert internal stakeholders of important account relationship or project challenges needing escalation for resolution.
- Assist customers with adoption of platform features and best practices to maximize business value.
- Partner with Account Managers to support client business reviews and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely resolution of day-to-day customer support inquiries.
- Working with Implementation management and peers to improve the Implementation process. Looking for efficiencies to improve the timeliness and quality of implementations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of web applications, and web design is preferred.
- General IT knowledge of systems, software/hardware, and telecommunications connectivity terminology is preferred.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Strong level of personal organization with excellent oral/written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.
- Ability to fully learn SVS products and act in a consultative manner with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to think out of the box and is action oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.
