Обязанности:

  • Релевантный опыт работы в отеле обязателен;
  • Поиск и развитие потенциальных партнеров
  • Координация работы всех операционных отделов отеля;
  • Контроль подписания договоров, дополнительных чеков, сверка начислений;
  • Бронирование дополнительных услуг (аренда, питание, прокат, активности и т.д) во время мероприятия;
  • Ведение чатов во время мероприятий;
  • Работа с отзывами и предотвращение конфликтных ситуаций.

Требования:

  • Релевантный опыт работы;
  • Среднее специальное или высшее образование;
  • Умение составлять меню;
  • Стрессоустойчивость;
  • Умение работать в команде.
