Обязанности:
- Поиск и привлечение корпоративных клиентов;
- Поддержание действующей клиентской базы, повышение лояльности существующих клиентов;
- Прием и обработка заявок на проживание, проведение мероприятий в конференц-залах отеля, заключение договоров, ведение документооборота с клиентами;
- Формирование и предоставление отчетности, контроль оплаты и дебиторской задолженности.
Требования:
- Образование высшее, приветствуется - профильное (гостиничный бизнес);
- Опыт работы в гостиничной отрасли.
