Analyst, Pricing Product Ops

The Product Ops Analyst will support day-to-day execution, product testing, issue triage, and operational data analysis for the Pricing Product suite. You will ensure smooth operational workflows during feature rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• UAT & Operational Testing:Conduct operational User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before product releases to flag potential operational risks.
• Issue Triage & Support:Collect, categorize, and prioritize frontline operational bugs or product requests before escalating to PM/Engineering teams.
• Data & Reporting:Perform routine analytics on pricing tool performance, adoption rates, and operational error rates.
• Documentation:Maintain up-to-date user guides, FAQs, and workflow diagrams for operational staff.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Support/Enablement roles.
• Strong analytical mindset (SQL/Excel proficiency preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
