Major Tasks & responsibilities:

1) Assist in the S/4HANA migration project by learning updated AP processes and procedures, including changes to invoice processing and payment workflows. Support the project team with basic testing tasks and reporting issues;

2) Perform booking of supplier invoices ensuring all legal and fiscal requirements are met and corporate compliance regulations adhered to;

3) Identify/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;

4) Keep learning process SOP and follow SOP strictly in daily operation;

5) Achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements;

6) Well aware of AP process KPIs and contribute to meet the KPI target;

7) Properly communicate process issues in his/her area to senior accountants/team leader in timely manner;

8) Willing to back up for each other / cross process and support ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader.

Up line management: SCS AP accounting team leader, SCS manager

Network / interfaces:

Accounting platform (Central accounting & Business partner), SSO (Front office/Global office), ICSManager/Contact, internal and external audit, Group platform functions(Procurement,O& I), business functions (Controlling, Engineering, Plantand Site Management, Cost center responsible, Marketing & Sales)

Qualifications & Education:

• A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.

Skills/experiences:

• GoodMandarin and English, both written and oral
• Better to have relevant accounting knowledge
• Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP experience• Be able to work under pressure• Buy-in company value• Stress handling be able to work under pressure• Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task

Additional Job Description

• Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education,
• Professional Experience in Accounting Functions with solid SAP,understanding,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• English language skills mandatory, any other language is,beneficial,
• Proficient in MS Office,
• Teamplayer
