Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle planning and reporting activities, business health assessments and various ad-hoc analyses.

Here’s more on what that’ll look like:

• Analyzing raw data and then repackaging, simplifying and determining key takeaways from the

results.

• Assisting with the development of presentations for an executive-level audience.
• Evaluating business performance by developing reporting tools.
• Assisting with the planning, coordination and development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts

and long-range plans.

• Completing special projects and preparing reports.

Who You Are

You’ve got a solid understanding of financial modeling, financial statements, variance analysis and

reporting key business drivers. You also:

• Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you feel comfortable speaking honestly

to all levels of the business.

• Have solid analytical and research abilities.
• Are currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future

sponsorship.
