Job Description:

  • Provide ongoing production support to ensure system stability and availability.

  • Deliver technical support for system enhancements, including programming, testing, and bug fixing.

  • Elicit user requirements and liaise with contractors to complete changes and enhancements.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Assist in managing IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, licenses, digital certificates, and maintenance contracts.

  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry

  • At least 2 years’ experience in JAVA Programming and Linux System Administration

  • At least 1.5 years’ experience in Structured Query Language and Web Services

  • At least 1 years’ experience in JavaScript Programming
