System Analyst (Java, API, Cheung Sha Wan)

Key responsibilities
Go through the SDLC including requirement collection, feasibility study, SA&D, documentation, development, training and testing of IT projects
Act as a helpdesk to handle enquiries about the systems
Prepare system documentation and user manuals
Conduct function test, system integration test and code reviews
Develop automatic regression tests
Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years experience in application development
Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Java Persistence API (JPA), MySQL/MariaDB
Solid experience in workflow design, preferably with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Hands-on experience developing Single-Page Web Applications using React.js and Bootstrap
Solid experience in developing automated regression tests using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress (or other browser testing tools) for web applications, and JUnit for Java
Practical knowledge of domain-driven design and microservice architecture
Hands-on experience with containerized application using Docker Compose and Kubernetes
Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and designing cloud architecture on Huawei Cloud, AWS, or other common cloud providers is a plus
Good communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
