Key Responsibilities

  • Design and define overall system architecture, application structure, and data flow.

  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

  • Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with development best practices.

  • Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and quality assurance processes.

  • Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and system quality improvements.

  • Drive the adoption and governance of AI-assisted development tools and AI-integrated solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and system analysis.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise or public-facing applications.

  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, API integration, and database management.

  • Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or HTMX.

  • Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.

  • Familiar with web application security practices, including: OWASP Top 10, Data validation and sanitization, Encryption and secure data handling, User authentication and access control

  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in software development.

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application in development, testing, code review, and security assessment.

  • Strong understanding of AI security and responsible AI usage.

  • Able to demonstrate successful delivery of production-ready applications using AI-assisted development tools.
