HR Operations Specialist

Cpl HR Recruitment have a fabulous opportunity for a HR professional with up to 3 years' experience to join a dynamic, international organisation operating across the EMEA region. This role offers excellent exposure to the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, Workday, and cross-border HR processes within a collaborative and supportive team environment. As part of the HR Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes.

Role and responsibilities will include:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• HR administration and employee records management
• Benefits administration and employee queries
• Payroll data processing and coordination
• Workday transactions, reporting, and data maintenance
• HR documentation, policies, and process updates
• Compliance and audit activities across EMEA locations
• Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience

Experience and skills required:

• 1-3 years' experience in an HR, HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Services role
• Exposure to Workday or another HRIS platform
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or EMEA regions would be an advantage, with Irish Employment Law exposure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in HR
