10-Week Fixed-Term Contract

Our not for profit client in North County Dublin are seeking an organised and proactive Learning & Development Administrator to support training and development activities across a busy organisation. The role will require working fully onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programmes and learning events.
• Manage training calendars, venues, facilitators, and participant communications.
• Maintain accurate training and compliance records.
• Produce training, attendance, and compliance reports.
• Monitor training attendance and follow up on non-attendance.
• Support learning systems administration and record management.
• Assist with training logistics and stakeholder coordination.

Experience Required

• Experience in administration, scheduling, rostering, planning, or coordination.
• Previous Learning & Development, Training, HR, or People team experience desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
