Job Purpose - Overview
The Order Fulfilment & Planning Supervisor leads day-to-day order processing, stock coordination and new product installations. The role ensures accurate, timely dispatch; supports Sales Representatives; maintains seasonal product availability; and coordinates internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead the Order Processing Team and Pickers, setting priorities and ensuring orders are dispatched on time.
·Manage line, ticket, EXW and seasonal orders accurately and efficiently.
·Coordinate couriers, freight, imports and Sales Representative queries.
·Plan installations and coordinate fixtures, POS materials, purchase orders and shipments.
·Set up and maintain product lines, standing orders and retailer EPOS uploads.
·Maintain a safe, positive and productive team environment, including training, attendance and performance management.
·Work with warehouse, stock and management colleagues to resolve issues and align priorities.
Stakeholder Relationships
Build effective relationships with Sales Representatives, warehouse and logistics teams, procurement, finance and management, as well as suppliers, couriers, freight providers and retail customers.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required
·Experience leading a team in order fulfilment, warehouse, supply chain or a similar environment.
·Strong knowledge of order processing, dispatch logistics, imports and EXW orders.
·Experience coordinating suppliers, purchase orders, product lines, fixtures or installations.
·Highly organised, detail-focused and able to prioritise a busy workload.
·Clear communicator with a collaborative, practical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
·Understanding of retail systems and seasonal trading cycles is desirable.
