Programme Manager

We are working with a leading membership organisation within the healthcare and professional education sector to recruit a Programme Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced programme or project management professional to oversee the delivery of strategic programmes, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across a range of initiatives that support healthcare professionals internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of complex programmes and projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Produce reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure programmes are delivered in line with organisational objectives and quality standards.

About You

• Proven experience in programme management, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Relevant project management qualification (Prince2, APM, PMP or equivalent) desirable.
