Flexsource agency is recruiting a Returns Operative, a leading provider of refurbished mobile devices and technology solutions based in Kildare Town.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to join a growing and innovative company. The successful candidate will work within the Returns Department, processing returned devices and ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Key Duties:
- Processing returned mobile phones and electronic devices
- Testing, grading, and updating product records
- Using Excel and internal systems to maintain accurate data
- Preparing devices for refurbishment and resale
- Ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy
Requirements:
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- Strong computer skills
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and organised
- Previous warehouse, administration, or electronics experience is an advantage

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: €14.20 per hour
