Senior ICT Engineer

Senior ICT Engineer is responsible for delivering end-user support and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, security controls, CCTV systems, internet and telecommunication services. The role also supports audit and ISO compliance activities, manages ICT-related projects, and coordinates with external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient ICT services across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, storage systems, and related hardware.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize LAN/WAN networks, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, collaboration tools, and user account administration.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus solutions, firewalls, access controls, and security monitoring.
- Ensure ICT systems comply with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and update ICT-related documentation, procedures, policies, asset inventories, and compliance records.
- Manage enterprise internet services and bandwidth utilization.
- Support IP-PBX, VoIP, telephone systems, and communication platforms.
- Coordinate with telecom service providers for installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Participate in ICT infrastructure, security, and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system implementation and support services.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Support, or ICT Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
Experience with network technologies including TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, routing, switching, wireless networks, and firewalls.
Familiar with cybersecurity best practices, information security controls, and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting communication systems such as VoIP, IP-PBX, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
Experience supporting a multi-site, industrial, construction, or project-based environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Good communication skills in English and Thai.
