KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and process underwriting documentation accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Assistunderwriters by gathering required information and supporting documentation from brokers or clients.
- Perform data entry for policy and quote information into internal systems with attention to accuracy.
- Monitorand track status of submissions and renewals to ensuretimelyfollow-up and completion.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to underwriting processes and documentation.
- Maintainorganized records and files for all underwriting transactions and submissions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to resolve data or processing issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with property and casualty insurance processes is preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
- No specific criteriaisrequired.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and underwriting terminology.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
