Join our team as a CMI Application Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for application monitoring, incident and request management, and problem management and continuous improvement. You will work closely with various teams, including project, infrastructure, and production teams, to ensure the smooth operation of our applications. You should have a proactive mindset in security, incident prevention, productivity, and global improvement of the quality of service.

Missions

  • Define and implement application monitoring in coordination with the build team, and supervise daily and monthly chains.
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to business users, and analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests.
  • Collaborate with the build team to assess the priority of problems, follow-up on resolutions, and contribute to long-term solutions.
