Rejoignez CACEIS, une entreprise dynamique et internationale, en tant que Client Coverage Manager. Vous intégrerez une équipe de commerciaux en charge d'un portefeuille client et aurez un rôle de support et de coordination avec différents départements. Vos missions incluront la contribution au reporting d'activité, la participation au déploiement des supports de développement commercial, le suivi des actions commerciales et juridiques, et l'aide à la préparation des rendez-vous clients. Ce stage vous permettra de confirmer votre maîtrise de l'environnement financier, d'approfondir vos techniques de coverage commercial, et de fidéliser les clients par la relation et la qualité de service.

Missions

  • Contribuer au reporting d’activité et à la mise à jour des outils CRM.
  • Participer au déploiement des supports relatifs au développement commercial.
  • Suivre et piloter les actions commerciales et juridiques dans le cadre du suivi de la relation client.

Profil recherché

Vous préparez un Master spécialisé en Finance en école de commerce ou à l'université.

Vous savez mettre en oeuvre les compétences suivantes :

  • Capacité orale et/ou écrite
  • Rigueur, fiabilité
  • Capacité à coopérer et à travailler en équipe
  • Organisation, méthode

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques suivants :

  • Excel : TCD et macros VBA : très bonne maitrise
  • Pack office : bonne maitrise

La maitrise de l'anglais oral et écrit est exigée
