Обязанности:

  • Анализ учредительных документов Клиента/Контрагента.

  • Подготовка правового заключения в рамках договоров на фин. рынках

  • Согласование генеральных соглашений по направлению инвестиционного бизнеса

Требования:

  • Высшее образование

  • Знание корпоративного права РФ, основ иностранного права (как преимущество)
  • Опыт юридической экспертизы правоустанавливающих документов.
  • Умение проверять правоспособность, оценивать юридический статус резидентов и нерезидентов (ограниченный перечень юрисдикций)
  • Общее понимание продуктов инвестиционного направления бизнеса Банка
