Role Overview :
We're hiring an AI Developer to join the AI Center of Excellence (COE), building enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI Services. The role focuses on designing scalable, production-ready AI applications for Finance & Accounting automation while collaborating with architects, business analysts, and automation developers.

Responsibilities :
- Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI Services.
- Build scalable, cloud-native AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Business Analysts, and Automation Developers.
- Design reusable AI frameworks, prompts, and enterprise-grade AI components.
- Implement responsible AI practices, logging, testing, CI/CD, and production support.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of software development experience with AI/GenAI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI/Claude, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with OCR platforms such as Azure Document Intelligence or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or .NET/C#.
- Experience with Azure cloud, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and responsible AI practices.
