About the Position
The Warehouse Lead specializing in Digital Signage Device Configuration and Shipping/Receiving. They are responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations, with a focus on configuring digital signage players, quality control, and managing the logistics of shipping and receiving. This role includes organizing warehouse activities, ensuring the correct configuration of digital signage devices, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving processes. The Warehouse Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper device preparation for deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Signage Device Configuration: Lead the team in configuring, testing, and preparing digital signage players according to company standards and client specifications, ensuring they are fully functional and ready for installation.
- Shipping and Receiving Operations: Supervise all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation, proper packaging, and timely delivery of products, both domestically and internationally.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that digital signage players are properly configured, tested, and inspected before shipment to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage and monitor inventory levels for digital signage devices and shipping materials, ensuring stock is properly maintained and reorder points are met.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the efficient picking, packing, and shipping of digital signage orders, ensuring that all customer orders are processed in line with company standards and timelines.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, optimizing space utilization and workflow efficiency for device configuration and order processing.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes related to device configuration and shipping/receiving, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Supervision: Lead, train, and support warehouse staff, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Delegate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of configured digital signage players, shipping/receiving logs, and inventory movements. Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics as required.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with shipping carriers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipments, and resolve any issues related to shipping or receiving.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, packing stations, label printers) is well-maintained and operational for smooth workflow.
Education and Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience in configuring and handling digital signage devices or similar hardware is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with configuring digital signage players or similar devices.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and international shipping regulations.
- Basic understanding of digital signage software and hardware systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Full-time, may require occasional overtime or weekend shifts depending on shipping schedules and business needs.
