Project Supervisor, Demolition

The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure that project goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in project scheduling and job cost management is essential to drive projects to completion within budget and on time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in demolition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management software, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information succinctly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices pertaining to demolition and hazardous materials.
- Ability to effectively lead a diverse team and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Certification or training in demolition and hazardous material management is preferred.
