  • 参与基因组学、蛋白组学等多组学平台的日常实验及轮转工作。
  • 开展样本管理、核酸/蛋白提取、定量、PCR扩增、文库构建、质检、测序或质谱上机及基础数据处理与分析。

  • 负责实验数据整理、更新及结果初步分析，及时发现、解决或上报实验异常，并向部门负责人汇报实验进度。
  • 使用LIMS、Veeva、Oracle等系统进行样本、实验数据、试剂耗材及相关流程管理。
  • 协助完成实验室日常管理，包括试剂耗材申购、库存管理、仪器设备维护保养及部门负责人交办的其他工作。
  • 完成领导分配的工作。
